Refund policy
TINTS Eyewear is glad to offer returns and exchanges. To start a return, you can contact us at returns@tintseyewear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What items are returnable?
- Items purchased within 60-days from your purchase date that are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A return will not be accepted if the tag has been removed.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exceptions-non returnable: Items marked as final sale.
- Mystery Sunglasses are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at returns@tintseyewear.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.
All our Sunnies are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer's defects for 1 year after the original purchase date.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will get your refund within 1-4 business days.
Mystery Pairs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

International Returns and Exchanges Policy
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items must be shipped back to Tints Eyewear in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned package, we will inspect the products for any damage. If the items are in their original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
Customs Charges on Returns: Tints Eyewear cannot control and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to returned packages. Any additional charges for customs clearance of the returned package are the responsibility of the customer.
