How do I start a return for my online purchase?

To start a return, simply contact us at returns@tintseyewear.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label.

What is your return policy?
Items purchased within 60 days of the original purchase date that are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging are eligible for return. Items without tags or marked as final sale, including Mystery Sunglasses, are non-refundable.

How long does it take to process returns?
Once we receive your return, it takes about 1-4 business days for us to process the refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once approved.

What should I do if my order shows delivered but I haven’t received it?
Please contact us at returns@tintseyewear.com if the tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it. We’ll help resolve the issue.

How do I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your package hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll make the change for you. Once the package ships, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
